Terms of Service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Hudhud at hudhudkids.com ("Hudhud", "we", "us"), run by Ahmed Hmeid. By making an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Hudhud.
1. Who can use Hudhud
Hudhud is for children aged 4 to 11, used with a grown-up. Accounts are for grown-ups only: a parent, carer or teacher aged 18 or over. Children never have their own account; they play under a grown-up's account, or as a guest on a device. You are responsible for the children who use Hudhud under your account and for keeping your password safe.
2. Trying Hudhud
Children can try a limited number of lessons and games as a guest with no account. A new grown-up account gets 7 days of full access free, with no card needed. Some families get free access through a partner school, madrasa or mosque for the time that partner's offer says. Families who made an account before paid plans began keep Hudhud free.
3. Subscriptions and payment
A subscription gives your family (up to 8 children) full access to Hudhud for as long as it is active. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including any tax.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle takes your payment, and its own buyer terms apply to the purchase. We never see or store your card details.
4. Renewal and cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then in force, until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect. You can cancel at any time from your family's plan page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
5. Refunds
Your first payment comes with a 14-day money-back promise. See the refund policy for details. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
6. Using Hudhud properly
Please don't misuse Hudhud: no trying to break or overload it, get into other people's accounts, copy its content or recordings in bulk, resell access, or use it to harm anyone. Scoreboard nicknames are made up by Hudhud, so children can't share personal details there. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
7. Our content
The lessons, games, recordings, artwork and software belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use Hudhud for your family's or your class's own learning.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Hudhud, so lessons and games may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever stop offering Hudhud, we'll give subscribers notice and refund any unused paid time.
9. Our responsibility to you
Hudhud is provided with reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or that come from things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law and can bring a claim where you live.
